The website and waiting list
This website introduces nixoku and lets you request an invitation. Joining the waiting list is free. It does not create a paid subscription, reserve capacity or guarantee an invitation, a position in a queue, a launch date or access to any particular feature or cloud provider.
Product descriptions and examples explain intended capabilities. Features, availability and supported providers may change during development. These terms cover the website and waiting list only; they do not establish hosting, billing, uptime or data-processing commitments for deployed machines. Any additional terms for a hosted service will be presented when that service is offered.
Your use of the website
Use the website lawfully and provide an email address you control or are authorised to use. Do not submit someone else's address without permission, impersonate another person, send spam, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code or try to gain unauthorised access to systems or data. Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and waiting list are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue them. Evaluate examples before running them, and keep your own backups of any code or data you use with them.
